Having been a Peugeot owner for over 24 years, I've now own the 508 R8 First Edition SW Its a rare model in the UK with only 24 being registered since it was launched. my vehicle had 12,767 miles in the clock it was registered by Peugeot Motor Company but sadly the vehicle came with NO service history from Peugeot being the first registered owners of the vehicle. Peugeot have cut corners on the amount of paint being put on new builds they've cut the paint process down by half & are now encountering hundred's of Paint Defect Claims,. plus out of line body panels valve cover noises its a ringing sound. Vibrations in the sunroof door glass running out of line on doors & glass not dropping enough for the doors to open correctly. wheel cambers being out of line from manufacture. software update issues, stop start issues & owners having to fork out on New batteries at £200 to £300 pounds a time. I opened five claims with Peugeot UK over defect paint defects under the defect paint warranty & they closed them down without resolving the concerns. So I turned to the Motor Ombudsman who liaised with Peugeot Truscott's Exeter as they ignored my concerns. I was a long process but the claim was upheld & the dealership had to partially refund me £3,000 pounds which was the lowest estimate I had so they should think themselves lucky I didn't go for the middle of highest estimates. Yes I feel disappointed that I've had to experience this after being a dedicated owner of several Peugeot vehicles. But I say to Peugeot that they need to learn to respect its genuine customers/ owners because they turn a blind eye & don't resolve many customer complaint or issues on there vehicles.

I would slow down everything in this video: the talk and the clips and movement in the clips. By about 30%. This is a car video. People want to enjoy the view and chill, not to try to catch what is on the screen for 1 second. I hope I helped.

Sound system is bloody awful, but the van itself is brilliant.

Except my Peugeot does not show in the Phone... and when trying the inverse, I can´t even search. The search option is grayed out!

Where on a Peugeot 208 (gti) do you place axle stands? in workshop manual it says when using hydraulic jack only put stands on jacking point, but you can't put them there if you're using the jacking point to lift the car🤔.. it also says do not use axle stands on cross member or suspension members..

I bought a Peugeot 308 couple years back & it has terrible oil leaks iv heard this is a common problem with Peugeot’s, it’s a 2008 model so it’s getting on now but I pd $1800AU to have this fixed & it’s still leaking so much oil😭🥺

a simple stuff for many but a big deal for others. Managed to change my flat tyres in just 30 mins & saved calling a mobile mechanic. Now I can change flat tyres anywhere :). Thanks bud

Thanks for the video, However for complete beginners like me, you need to mention that there is a silver cover over the wheel nut, and a yellow plastic tool to remove it before you fit the locking wheel nut gizmo, sorry to be dense, but I suspect you might have problems doing my job,! and you need to include every step , it took me ages to work out why my wheel nut gizmo wouldn't go onto the wheel nu!!!

I put a bit of water in my car and after driving it i parked up, turned the engine off and heard a bubbling sound coming from the engine, the water level was all the way at the top and then it started leaking at the bottom of the car, what have i done wrong?? I have a 207 verve by the way.
